Comerica Bank Tower, Dallas\u2019s second tallest skyscraper, and Rosewood Court, a prestigious Uptown Dallas office building, achieved LEED Silver and Gold ratings, respectively.<\/p>\n<h2>Comerica Bank Tower LEED Certification<\/h2>\n<div id=\"attachment_1492\" style=\"width: 250px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1492\" class=\"wp-image-1492 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/questrmg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/comerica-bank-tower-240x300.jpg\" alt=\" LEED certification Comerica Bank Tower\" width=\"240\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/questrmg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/comerica-bank-tower-240x300.jpg 240w, https:\/\/questrmg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/comerica-bank-tower.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 240px) 100vw, 240px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-1492\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Comerica Bank Tower in Dallas, Texas image credit: Comerica Bank<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Quest helped Comerica Bank Tower, a Class AA office building located in the Central Business District of Dallas, achieve a Silver rating under <a href=\"https:\/\/questrmg.com\/choose-leed-certification\/\">LEED<\/a> for Existing Buildings: Operations &amp; Maintenance, awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).<\/p>\n<p>The LEED certification project included a major lighting retrofit in the property\u2019s parking garages and a robust onsite water management program, allowing the reuse of water for landscaping.<\/p>\n<p>Quest helped the 60-story, 1,741,036-square-foot property:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Increase its energy score from 70 to 80 points<\/li>\n<li>Save 731,161 gallons of water per year (the equivalent daily usage of 1,829 households)<\/li>\n<li>Achieve a 59 percent waste diversion ratio<\/li>\n<li>Reduce emissions by 17,366 tons of CO<sub>2 <\/sub>per year (the equivalent yearly emissions of 3,328 passenger vehicles)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Quest previously helped Comerica Bank Tower achieved a LEED Certified rating in 2011.<\/p>\n<h2>Rosewood Court\u00a0LEED Certification<\/h2>\n<div id=\"attachment_1493\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1493\" class=\"wp-image-1493 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/questrmg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/rosewoodct-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"LEED certification Rosewood Court\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/questrmg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/rosewoodct-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/questrmg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/rosewoodct-768x511.jpg 768w, https:\/\/questrmg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/rosewoodct-600x400.jpg 600w, https:\/\/questrmg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/rosewoodct.jpg 902w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-1493\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Rosewood Court in Uptown Dallas, Texas image credit: Rosewood Property Company<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Quest helped Rosewood Court, a Class AA office building located in the luxury-urban Uptown neighborhood of Dallas, achieve a Gold rating under LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations &amp; Maintenance.<\/p>\n<p>The LEED certification project included a major lighting retrofit and the implementation of a multifaceted water minimization program.<\/p>\n<p>Quest helped the 481,710-square-foot, 19-story property:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Increase its energy score from 73 to 86 points<\/li>\n<li>Reduce emissions by 6,819 tons of CO<sub>2<\/sub> per year (the equivalent yearly emissions of 1,307 passenger vehicles)<\/li>\n<li>Save 365,580 gallons of water per year (the equivalent daily usage of 914 households)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201cWe are pleased\u00a0to be a part of the sustainability efforts of two of Dallas\u2019 most prominent buildings,\u201d said Quest Chief Executive Officer Ray Hatch. \u201cQuest is dedicated to helping companies build and operate high-performance, sustainable buildings that provide environmentally friendly, healthy environments for occupants and a real return on investment for property managers.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Quest has helped two iconic Dallas buildings achieve LEED certification.
